| Logistics: Port Logistics Prevailing |

| Looking at news reports on logistics, we can find that most logistic projects and partnerships are centered on ports. The reconstruction of the Hangzhou-Ningbo Canal is in its final phase. From the local government’s perspective, this canal will provide a better climate for the development of logistics in Zhejiang Province, and will particularly enhance Ningbo’s significance in shipping; On June 29, DACHSER, a top-three logistics service provider in Germany, announced the launching of a huge logistics depot in Baoshan District, Shanghai. DACHSER is also planning to establish logistics centers in Hong Kong, Beijing and Tianjin; President Hu Jintao attended the launching ceremony of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Western Corridor, which is of great significance to not only politics, but also logistics between Hong Kong and Shenzhen. This corridor is expected to bring a RMB 175 billion net profit in total by 2020; CWT Container Logistics Park, funded by the renowned CWT Logistics from Singapore, is under construction in Tianjin. This logistics park will be home to China’s first “stereoscopic” container depot. CWT is also planning to establish its Chinese logistics headquarters in Tianjin, and invest USD 200 million in the next 5 years; Construction started of the Neptune Logistics storage yard in Taicang Port, with an investment of RMB 145 million.
